But then again there are systems that can fully switch and they still get frontstuck sometimes so it's not always about not understanding what host leaving front is like
Hi, can I Ask a few questions about wonderland? I still don't quite understand the concept of it, and how and if I should create one to be able to communicate or just spend time with a Tulpa?
Luminesce: A "wonderland" is just a consistent scene in your imagination, like a house or other environment you'd interact with your tulpa in(edited)

It's not necessary to have and "having one" doesn't do anything special, it's just something that the majority of tulpamancers find useful/preferable

For us, we didn't even have a wonderland for the first few years as I just visualized them in the space around my head, though my visualization clarity has always been really bad so that might be why we didn't naturally go for the more immersive wonderland in our interactions.

(We eventually created a wonderland for lucid dreaming purposes lol, so I could have an environment in my dreams that it would feel natural for my tulpas to appear in)
Try to put in at least a tiny bit of effort every day, even if that's just saying hi to your tulpa
Put in a bit more effort every once in a while, and have a conversation with them
You can also just proxy for them in servers, that's pretty easy and doesn't take a lot of effort imo
I assume you mean someone who's not fully developed as a headmate, or someone who resembles an alter ego, or aspect of yourself?

You could, I'd look into daemonism if I were you, it seems like it could be more fitting in terms of medianhood, then again, I'm nkt well versed in it.

But even within tulpamancy, it's likely very possible to do so.
for thqt you would just focus on creating a “tulpal that is part of you, identifies with your body, with your story but that is a different part of you

Usually i believe finding a way you are sometimes and assigning it to your tulpa can speed up the process as you dont have to learn to be a different and new way
Hi! I need help with possession
We are trying to follow this guide: https://www.reddit.com/r/Tulpas/comments/pkeqkp/possession_by_a_tulpa_for_tulpas/
And well, I (host) can feel their "intention" of moving the body, but It's like they don't have the "strength" to do so.
How can I help them? Are there other guides about this this that you guys could recomend?
I've heard that that can happen when the tulpa doesn't have access to the muscle memory of the body
Apparently if you guys keep practicing, eventually the tulpa will be able to access it and their movements will become fluid
I've only ever done the bare minimum with possession though — i ended up learning switching first
Hm eishi has always had possession automatically when we switch
Trying to switch while having control of the body might be easier for you since you already can switch mentally
We learned switching by me imagining myself as eishi, and imagining me stepping back and eishi stepping forward to take control
With just a bit of concentration that's how we do it
We didn't need a guide or anything
So maybe if you do it like that your tulpa will be able to have control of your body
When I heard about non-possessive switching and possessive switching previously, it sounded like the former is what the (current) tulpa community calls switching. And the latter is feeling like you're watching while the body does stuff you can't control
try pendulum, but as you look at the pendulum swinging let the tulpa make wider and wider moves
4:00 PM
of your hand
4:00 PM
start with usual stuff just asking tulpa to move the pendulum and them let go and stay out of the way for them to move your hand more and more to get it swinging more widey
i was only discussing my progress with friends (however it was therapy progress, not tulpamancy lol), i don't see much value in publishing stuff like that, but also no judgement for people that did it
Luminesce: In short, a lot of people really like being able to read how other people started out, what problems they faced and how they overcame them (or if they didn't), and what success they eventually had(edited)

Of course, the forum hasn't been very active in recent years so PRs aren't as bustling with replies as they once were.
But I totally see how people would hate PRs. I remember a bit issue with them years back was people comparing progress and feeling like they weren’t progressing comparatively

My old PR is def cringe as hell lol I was 16. Pretty sure I got it deleted too.
Luminesce: The experiences are pretty dang clear to me. It can be hard to describe experiences to people who have no point of reference, though.(edited)

Possession = Your tulpa controlling part or all of your body instead of you
Switching = The "person" the human being is is someone else entirely
Yuka
Then use whatever words you prefer and teach Maki how her headmates can have full control
She already got advice, i woudnt have known what to say. Just wanted to do that puntualization.

Also, those definitions are really ambiguous, if you want to give those words a "definition" i think you should describe how they feel rather "what they are"...(edited)

Well, each person seems to use the words in a completely different way...
Noone agrees on the definition because those terms make no sense

switching is when someone has the same level of control as the host does, hence calling it switching. You are switching positions. So if you are ‘switching’ but don’t have full control at the same level as the host you aren’t switching
5:08 PM
so switching but unable to move the body isn’t switching
